I’m not totally happy with this but it’s a start. A combination of original photography, Photoshop, app tech and my new toy – the Wacom Bamboo drawing tablet. The source pictures are of Howard Devoto with Magazine at the Plug in Sheffield. Everything else is scribble.
Much more the come.
Here’s an update to the above post. A little bit further down the page is a review of the Magazine show at the Plug in Sheffield (which was really very good). …..and just to prove it, here it is in full.

Bamboo is cool innit? Santa brought one for me last year though not done much with it. The little mini-apps are fun too. Did you get ArtRage freebie with it?
I did get ArtRage. Its a re-release of the old Painter Classic which I had with my first Wacom years ago, All excellent fun. I really want to do more drawing this year. I was quite good once but my mojo has wilted.
BTW Hope the (ssshhhhhhh…..) smoking thing goes well. After 8 years I still stare wantingly at 20 Marlbro’ Lites but I haven’t slipped. It can be done.
