Sparklehorse (for Mark Linkous)
This is the first new image that has come to life in recent times. Mark Linkous and his Sparklehorse persona always interested me and I was very saddened when he took his life recently. He was a unique talent with a distinctive sound.
The image was created using digital images from multiple sources, collaged in Photoshop and then tied together with hand drawn elements. I would say its almost finished.
The original has been rescanned and corrected and will finally be out put as a ‘giclee’ print.
